Adam was efficient, professional and kind, and did a thorough job with replacing a part for my washer. He did the diagnostic on Saturday, and was able to come by Monday with the part that was needed. He even stayed later and took a look at an issue with my fridge and recommended the drainage pipe be cleaned out. He took care of it right away. His fees are also very reasonable. I highly recommend Alfa Appliances.

We thank ALFA and Adam for excellent service. I called ALFA to check out our old workhorse, Kenmore washing machine. I was given an appointment the next day. After a short time, the technician, Adam identified the specific problem. Though our machine is a Kenmore, (no longer being made) Adam was able to locate the part and returned the next day to install it. It is great to get top experienced technicians. Alfa Appliances helped with repairing my dishwasher and I could not be happier. I had an issue with the circuit board and it was repaired without issue. I also needed a part for my upper rack and they repaired it for me on a separate trip and didn't charge extra. I will reach out to them again for any future appliance issues I may have.
