I had a problem with my dishwasher, and I am covered by a home warranty product. The warranty company initially sent out a different appliance repair company, and I had a very bad experience with them. When I refused to allow them back to complete the repair, the warranty company moved my claim to ALFA Appliances. My experience with Adam was so much better than the previous company. He arrived at our appointment time,s and he diagnosed the issue correctly. He got the job approved quickly and ordered the required parts. He then returned and finished the repair. The ALFA team was fantastic. We have experienced a number of issues with our Thermador refrigerator and encountered many challenges getting quality service to repair it. Problem solved!!! Adam did an excellent job repairing my clothes washer through my home warranty service. During the first visit, he quickly diagnosed the drainage issue. He then followed up seamlessly with a second visit and fixed the problem efficiently, accurately, and with great courtesy.
