Alfa Appliance is highly recommended. I have had them in for large kitchen appliance repair twice now, as has a neighbor and friend of mine who is equally as pleased with them. They provide expert service and fair assessments and pricing of repair work and get the job done professionally. They are not a "big" company - but bigger doesn't necessarily mean better. They will be my first call for any future work.

I had an issue with my refrigerator and called for appliance repair. Sam came out and did an excellent job fixing the unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. I can’t say enough good things about Adam! I called around 11 am, and he was at my home by 6 the same day. I was over the moon with how quickly he was able to service my Samsung dryer, that ended up needing its rollers replaced. Adam was able to get the job done the same day, as he had all the necessary parts with him. Adam was professional and friendly and was able to have us back up and drying for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Adam for fast and affordable service.

I found Alfa Appliances from a recommendation on our neighborhood Facebook group. Adam was able to come out same day to look at our over the range microwave that had suddenly died the night before. After trying a fuse replacement, it immediately died again and he recommended we replace it. We purchased a new microwave that evening and we had Adam come back to install it. He was able to come same day I called again, which was great. He got it installed without any problems, but he didn't realize that it could be switched to outside venting. When he was finished, I asked if it was connected to the existing vertical vent duct - he then reread the installation instructions and realized that model can be adjusted for different venting modes. He very patiently redid the installation and connected it to the vent. I appreciated that he didn't get annoyed or impatient. He was kind and professional throughout. And he applied the $65 we had paid for the original service call to the cost of hauling the old microwave, so we didn't have to pay extra for that which was appreciated.

f I could press and give 10 stars to Adam of ALFA Appliances he would certainly get more than the 5 star maximum. I had a new under counter wine refrigerator delivered on Wednesday and phoned around that day for quotes to install and haul away the old one which had pooped out after 15 years. (More than half I called wouldn't haul away.) The install required removing the cabinet door frame from the old unit and placing it on the new unit. Adam was able to come out the very next day and do a great job at a very reasonable cost. I purchased the exact same brand and was told size and fit wise things would be the very same. However, this was not exactly true as there were a couple of challenges and Adam was quick to suggest and work around them to my utmost satisfaction. I highly recommend Adam as he is very courteous, comes up with very workable solutions, answers all questions and makes sure the job is done correctly. Thank you Adam!
